Location: The Learning Hub
Duration: Permanent. Full time

Job Purpose:

The role of Learning & Development Administrator is to assist the Learning & Development function with the full range of training & SVQ activities, by providing efficient and proactive administrative and reporting support.

This advert will close on Friday 1st December at 18.00, with interviews taking place on Thursday 7th December at the Learning Hub.

Requirements

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme Record (PVG) or willing to become registered.

SVQ Level 3 in Business Admin (or equivalent), or be willing to undertake.

Responsibilities

The post holder needs to be able to demonstrate an understanding or experience of:

Office procedures including MS Office, 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other associated software applications.

Effective resource monitoring; financial and stock control, to contribute to meeting of budgetary targets and expectations.

A strong understanding and focus on health and safety.

Excellent communication skills including verbal and written.

Ability to effectively use email and social media for business.
