Requirements

You will have elementary food hygiene and intermediate food hygiene or the willingness to undertake.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for all activities in a small kitchen and its surrounds connected with the provision of a catering service.

The Individual

You will have experience of catering, menu planning, ordering and quantifying. Good time management, ability to work under pressure and good written and verbal skills are essential. You will have the ability to work weekends and also be available for additional training. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council
