NR171148 Speech and Language Therapist (Adult service)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Speech and Language Therapist to join an enthusiastic, supportive and proactive team in the Inverurie area of Aberdeenshire. The post holder will provide a community service to adults with acquired disorders of communication in the Inverurie area in a range of community settings. There will be also be opportunities to develop skills in dysphagia, supported by experience team members. There are good opportunities for professional and personal development, and staff members are encouraged to contribute to the development of the service as a whole. We have a supervision programme for all staff and a mentorship programme to support newly qualified therapists.

Inverurie is a short distance from the city of Aberdeen and also from the popular range of hills, Bennachie. Close to many majestic castles, Inverurie is lovingly known as the ‘Heart of the Garioch’ and the town itself is swamped in history.
