What you'll do
 

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to various teams within the marketing function, including front-book, brand, marketing services, retail marketing, digital marketing, and planning. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, such as customers, colleagues, suppliers, and partner organisations, to develop and contribute to marketing plans, ensuring effective communication with target audiences and managing customer relationships when required. You will also be responsible for evaluating marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to drive improvements, and monitoring competitors and market trends. Additionally, you will support the implementation of marketing technology to enhance campaign efficiency, coordinate governance processes, and conduct periodic process reviews to optimise efficiency. Your strong influencing and networking skills, along with previous campaign management experience and a customer-focused mindset, will be crucial in successfully fulfilling your responsibilities and making a positive impact within the marketing function.

 

Who you are
 

A seasoned marketer, you bring experience in various areas such as front-book, brand, marketing services, retail marketing, digital marketing, and planning. You possess strong communication and networking skills, allowing you to effectively liaise with stakeholders and build productive relationships. Your expertise lies in developing customer-focused communications and propositions, and you have a track record of successfully managing campaigns across different marketing channels. With a positive and commercial mindset, you approach tasks with a can-do attitude and strive for efficiency and effectiveness. Your analytical abilities enable you to evaluate marketing campaigns, make data-led insights, and maximise return on investment. You are a team player, you take ownership of your responsibilities and inspire others to do the same.
