Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 7.30 - 3.30 - Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 3pm Friday.
Please note successful applicants will be placed on the first point of the salary scale unless they meet certain criteria.
Role Purpose
Working with Parks & Environment in the Cheviot area carrying out the following duties:
Grass Cutting within parks and cemeteries
Pruning
Litter picking
Weeding
Application of chemicals
Emptying Bins
Grave digging
Cleaning Public Toilets
General maintenance within Parks & Cemeteries
Keeping our Environment clean & tidy
Essential
A current driving licence and use of a vehicle is an essential requirement of this post. * If you have a disability which precludes you from holding a drivers licence, Scottish Borders Council will take into account its responsibility to make reasonable adjustments to allow for your disability.
