Role Purpose
This post is for a cook who can work under pressure in various school kitchens to cover staff absences for varying sizes of schools within the Scottish borders. The person must be willing to travel throughout the Scottish borders and work in school holidays to cover various schools to provide lunches for nursery hubs.
Essential
City and Guilds 706/2 or SVQ 2 plus minimum of 3 year’s experience in a comparable production Unit.
RIPHH Certificate, Elementary Food Hygiene Certificate
A current driving licence is an essential requirement of this post. *
