OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR

Band 4 £27,598 – £30,019 per annum

Plus, £1,279 Distant Islands Allowance per annum

37.5 hours per week

Permanent

We have a vacancy in the Occupational Therapy (OT) Department for an Occupational Therapy Technical Instructor.

You will undertake OT assessments and interventions within an agreed framework and undertake OT interventions as delegated by a qualified OT. You will be working with people of all ages and diagnostic groups. You will be supporting people during their rehabilitation in hospital and community as well as carrying a non-complex community- based caseload.

You need to have or be working towards a formal qualification at SVQ level 3/HNC or Personal Development award in Occupational Therapy.

You will require a current full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for which allowances will be payable. This post is not eligible for relocation expenses.
