The Highland Soap Company is looking for a new team member to join the office team of our fast growing, local brand!
This is an exciting opportunity in a key role within our office, based in beautiful Lochaber. Ours is a team of three in the office, plus three people in wholesale sales based around the country.

Daily roles will include:
- Managing daily customer email and telephone enquiries for trade and retail customers
- Day-to-day administrative jobs
- Filing, data entry and email correspondence
- Processing wholesale orders for our gift shop and hotel customers, up-selling on the phone as appropriate
- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
- Managing export paperwork
Ideally we are looking for the following skills:
- Previous experience in an admin / operational role
- Computer literate with a willingness to learn
- Able to prioritise workload efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, Shopify or Unleashed or an accounting software would be advantageous but is not expected
The role will be with the team in our office, which is located in our factory. It will be 8.30-5, Monday-Friday with statutory holidays.
