Office Administrator

Looking for an enthusiastic hardworking individual who can support our team by assisting with a range of general administrative duties in a busy office.

We are looking for a good team member to work 4 - 5 days per week from Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm.

Duties of Role include:

  • Managing phone calls, taking enquires and recording details.
  • Updating CLICK system to manage customer relations
  • Collating customer chemical orders and processing on portal.
  • Organising pool testing equipment and preparing schedules.
  • Accounts duties, using SAGE.
  • Assisting with Health & Safety ensuring procedures are up to date.
  • Other administrative duties as required.
  • Wages on application.
