We’re looking for a Product Engineering Manager (Electrical Power Generation). In this role you will act as the electrical technical authority for our Power generation products. This role can be based anywhere in the UK or Europe.

What you’ll do:
You will act as the electrical technical authority for our Power generation products.
You will provide technical product governance for our global fleet of power generation products and negotiate, create, influence, inform specifications and requirements for new product developments.
You will provide strong and decisive technical leadership that is apparent throughout the global engineering communities.
You will Optimise and advise on product servicing regimes to ensure maximised Opex, Cost of Energy and product lifecycle.
You will interpret user needs and take responsibility for translating and managing the technical product specifications related to new product developments, third-party acquisitions, or lifecycle upgrades within our power generation fleet.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
You will be educated to degree level or equivalent in power electronics/engineering or a related subject.
You will have a strong electrical engineering background in power generation.
You will be able to demonstrate your understanding of global emissions regulations and standards along with adoption rates.
You will be a Strong communicator and be able to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Fluent in English, additional European languages are beneficial but not essential.
