Job Description

Based at either:

Bruce House, Wellgate, Arbroath (4 positions);

Town House, Montrose (2 positions);

These jobs are workstyle 3 - Flexi.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. We are currently looking to recruit qualified Social Workers for our busy Localities Teams who support children and young people from pre-birth to 18 years old. We undertake a range of work such as providing short term support to families, responding to child protection concerns and providing long term support for children who are looked after and accommodated. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, creative and share our vision and passion for supporting some of the most vulnerable families in our community through direct work with families.

We are a supportive team who have a strong commitment to improving outcomes for children, young people and their families. We work towards maximising inclusion and reducing inequalities across Angus and have a strong ethos of self/team evaluation and improvement.
