What you'll do

As a Talent Partner, you will have a key role in managing and influencing stakeholders, analysing data to provide useful insights, and developing talent within our large and complex organisation. You will be responsible for supporting the development of colleagues and delivering talent plans, including facilitating talent reviews, identifying key development requirements, and nurturing high-potential individuals. Collaborating with the Head of Talent, you will assess the effectiveness of our current workforce, identify resource and skill gaps, and build strategic talent plans for each business area. Working closely with the Group Resourcing function, you will ensure recruitment campaigns attract and recruit exceptional talent. Your role will also involve supporting the job evaluation process, analysing talent/HR data, and effectively storytelling with data to support talent plans. Overall, you will play a vital role in strengthening our teams, promoting diversity, inclusion, and progression, and contributing to the strategic talent plan for your business area(s).

 

Who you are

You are a highly skilled professional with a deep understanding of general HR principles and practices, particularly in talent management, learning and development, and diversity and inclusion. With your experience in managing and influencing stakeholders, analysing data to provide valuable insights, and developing talent within a large and complex organisation, you play a critical role in supporting the development of colleagues and delivering strategic talent plans. Your ability to assess workforce effectiveness, identify resource and skill gaps, and collaborate with Group Resourcing for recruitment campaigns demonstrates your strategic mindset and ability to attract and recruit exceptional talent. You excel in manipulating and storytelling with data, using your excellent MS Office skills, and have a proven track record in delivering HR projects, building relationships, and partnering with leaders. Your inclusive mindset and understanding of financial services make you a valuable asset to our team.
