We are recruiting an experienced assistant to help with various clerical, secretarial, financial, and administrative tasks at our office in the beautiful village of Onich in Lochaber, the Outdoor Capital of the UK

The work will be part-time.  The hours will depend on the extent of the successful applicant's ability but are likely to be around 15 - 20 hours per week.  The working hours can be flexible to suit the candidate's availability.

The job will involve helping to manage rental properties, including occasionally visiting those in Lochaber.  

The job will be on a self-employed basis. 

The appointee will be accountable to our General Manager, to whom applications should be sent.

This is an excellent opportunity for an intelligent, confident person to join our happy little team in Onich. 


The successful applicant must be trustworthy, competent, and able to work independently when required. The candidate must also be organised, as they will be expected to manage paper and digital files.

Meeting and dealing with tenants will be a regular aspect of the job, so personal confidence and communication skills are essential. 

The work will require computer skills and familiarity with the MS Office suite, with particular skills in spreadsheets.

High standards of literacy and numeracy are essential.

Mobility is vital as some travelling will be required, so the successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
