Were looking for Workday People Solutions & Services Partner. In this role your primary responsibility will be to facilitate cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for enhancement and implement solutions to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and a seamless colleague experience. You will leverage your deep understanding of process improvement and Workday functionality to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and accuracy of our People operations and solutions, ensuring that they align to the business requirements and objectives.

What you’ll do:  

  • Facilitate People and business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, and opportunities for improvement, translating them into effective end to end solutions and services utilising technology (Workday/systems). 
  • Apply service design thinking and process improvement methodologies to analyze root cause, streamline, and redesign people processes for maximum effectiveness and enhanced colleague experience, monitoring and evaluating the impact of process improvements through data analysis and feedback loops, making adjustments as needed. 
  • Configure, customize, and maintain the Workday system, including business processes, security, reports, and integrations, ensuring data integrity and legal and regulatory compliance within the Workday environment. 
  • Act as a subject matter expert on Workday functionality, keeping abreast of updates, best practices, and industry trends and supporting colleagues by troubleshooting issues, conducting training, and assisting with inquiries related to Workday. 
  • Collaborate with technical and people teams on system enhancements, planning and executing of upgrades, testing, and deployment activities. 
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that process improvements are executed seamlessly and meet defined objectives, including the documentation that will support and embed the change, training and a change management plan to equip teams and colleagues with the necessary skills to support and sustain process  

You’ll have the following skills and experience: 

  • Proven experience as an HR/People Functional Analyst with a focus on Workday configuration and support and process improvement.
  • In-depth knowledge of Workday modules, business processes, security configurations, and reporting capabilities with Workday certifications.  
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and identify improvement opportunities. 
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels and convey complex technical concepts clearly. 
  • Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
