Purpose:


Positions holders are responsible at varying levels for providing administrative and secretarial services to the organisation. Activities include producing documents, collecting, recording, sorting and filing data, preparing reports and presentations, making travel arrangements, planning office events and meetings, arranging appointments, responding to inquiries, data entry, and operating office equipment. Also includes responsibilities for reception/telephone and greeting visitors.

What you’ll do:

  • Using our system to manage the transport and transit of equipment to each event
  • Provide a first-class customer service role across the business, both internally and externally, including diary management
  • Organise travel, including booking taxis and organising required visas/documentation and inoculations
  • Prepare for meetings and events including room bookings, preparation of room, catering and technical equipment etc.
  • Support the operations of sites and offices, including office supplies, general tasks, filing etc...
  • Inputting of PO and SO into a system.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Events experience
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Attention to detail  
  • Working with M3 advantageous
  • Working within a rental environment would be beneficial.
