Full Time (37.5 hours) Monday-Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Team Secretary to join the Older Adult Mental Health Service within Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership to provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial administrative support to a team of Community Mental Health Nurses and Occupational Therapists. This post is based at at Royal Cornhill Hospital.

Candidates should possess English Standard Grade/O’Grade or equivalent along with keyboard/data inputting skills for regular use of computer systems.

Previous secretarial experience with a good typing speed, keyboard skills and proficiency in the use of Excel/databases together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal is essential. The post would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy department. Previous audio typing experience would be desirable.
