Requirements

You will have 3 National 4s (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics or substantial relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

You will provide comprehensive administrative support to Corporate Services and other allocated services of the Council. You will be providing advice, guidance and project development support for systems and procedures relating to the Human Resources and Business Support division.

The Individual

You will have experience of working in a multi-tasking, computerised, customer services environment and experience of working in the finance sector. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Word and Excel. You will have good written and oral communication skills and time management skills. You will have the ability to identify lean processes and improvements and the ability to work with and lead people. You will also have the ability to work as part of a team and to use your own initiative and be able to cope with and lead change. You will be willing to work extended hours as required and to contribute to the wider section priorities.
