Supplies Officer

Band 3 £25,648 - £27,486 pro rata

Plus, £1,279 Distant Islands Allowance pro rata

35 hours per week

Permanent post


An opportunity has arisen for a part time Supplies Officer to work at Western Isles Hospital. The post holder will work 15 hours per week assisting with stock management in the central stores, picking and packing orders, restocking wards and clinical locations, handling deliveries etc


Experience working in a warehouse / stock management environment is preferred. Candidates will need to evidence competence with computerised systems. An existing forklift license is an advantage. The job involves lifting, handling and sustained, moderate physical activity.
