We are looking to add to our well established team in the factory and have a full time vacancy for a Soap Mixologist, this is for 8 hour shifts, 5 days a week. 

This role involves hands-on production of our full range of soap and skincare products, including our traditional handmade cold process soaps. You will follow precise formulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure every batch meets our quality, safety, and performance standards. Attention to detail, consistency, and compliance are essential.

In addition to the manufacturing of products, your role will  involve:

  • Ingredient handling & preparation
  • Equipment setup & maintenance
  • Batch documentation & recordkeeping
  • Inventory support
  • Health & Safety compliance
  • Filling & packaging assistance
  • Quality control checks
  • Waste reduction & efficiency

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is reliable and organised with the following attributes:

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work under pressure
  • Good physical stamina
  • Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork.

Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role within manufacturing is highly desirable.
