An exciting opportunity has arisen for two experienced and highly motivated administrators who enjoys working in a transforming and fast paced environment to join our team within the Antenatal Screening Team at AMH.

Our working week is Monday – Friday between 08:00 – 16.00.

Some flexibility is required as different or additional hours may be required, by mutual agreement, to cover holiday/illness.

The post holders will play an important role providing a range of administrative activities to the Antenatal Screening Team and Screening Programme.  You will have an enthusiastic approach, excellent organisation skills and will be a team player.  The post holder should be able to co-ordinate work efficiently and effectively within a larger group structure. While working under direction, you must also have the confidence to act on your own initiative.

Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is a flexible approach to working. You will be experienced in Microsoft Office packages e.g. Outlook, Word and Excel.  Knowledge and experience of the NHS would be advantageous and a knowledge of note taking would be desirable.
