An excellent opportunity exists to work within the Regulatory Services providing administration support to the team based in Oban. The successful applicant will possess excellent administrative skills, be used to working in a challenging environment and willing to be part of a team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in the vibrant town of Oban on the west coast of Scotland, known as Gateway to the Islands and Seafood Capital of Scotland. This post will provide administrative support to a Regulatory Services team which provides a wide range of services ranging from Environmental Health, Trading Standards to shellfish monitoring.

The post is for 35 hours per week on temporary basis, until Friday 29th March 2019, to be worked Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm.

  • The salary shown is the full time equivalent salary, the actual salary will be paid pro rata for the hours worked.
  • This is a temporary post which may be filled on a secondment basis by an employee wishing to gain experience/career development and will be at the discretion of the employee's director.
