Customer Service Advisor – NEWSTRADE (30 - 36 hours per week)

Delivering excellent customer service is our main objective, would you like to become part of our team?

Our CCA Accredited Centre delivers Award winning Customer Service to all our retail clients across the UK and Ireland.

We specialise in supporting customers through inbound calls, along with a variety of back-office work so there is never a dull moment in our customer service centre.

We offer an interactive and fun 3-week Induction where you will learn about our business, our clients, and the services we deliver. 

We offer full training and support so do not worry if you do not have any experience. All we ask is that you bring an open mind, a friendly personality, and a desire to learn something new.

0ur induction runs Monday to Friday and includes classroom-based learning, interactive sessions, Buddy Program as well as a meet and greet with your colleagues and Team Managers who will help you develop your skills and integrate you into your team.

SHIFTS

Our main operating hours are between 6am and 3pm Monday – Friday and 6am – 12pm Saturday and Sunday. However, we appreciate everyone has differing personal circumstances, so we want to offer a flexible approach to building your weekly schedule. We are offering 30 to 36-hour contracts working 5 days over 7 between the hours of 6am & 5pm (one of your shifts will be scheduled at the weekend).

BLENDED WORKING (HOME/OFFICE)

We have a cloud-based voice platform that allows staff to work from home if this suits your needs, so we are offering staff this opportunity after the successful completion of your training programme.
