You’ll also drive innovation in service excellence and be passionate about supporting organisational transformation and change.

So, if you are an effective and collaborative senior leader able to find solutions to a range of challenges, we'd like to hear from you. For an informal conversation contact David Littlejohn, Strategic Lead - Economy, Development & Planning on 07715 160753.

For purposes of connection and collaboration with colleagues and with the community we serve, our full-time employees work on site for a minimum of 2 days per week with the arrangements for part time employees being agreed on a basis which will ensure that they benefit to an equivalent degree. We offer a competitive salary and excellent range of additional employee benefits including hybrid and flexible working to support a healthy work life balance, access to the Local Government Pension Scheme, a Low Carbon Car Scheme, up to 36 days annual leave entitlement plus 6 public holidays, and a range of lifestyle and wellbeing offers through our employee benefits platform.

Interviews for shortlisted candidates will be held in person in Perth on 21 August 2024.
