General Office Administrator

A General Office Administrator is required to join the team at Ormsary Estate Office.

The position involves the processing of invoices and reconciling supplier accounts for weekly payment runs. It is important that you work with your colleagues in ensuring the smooth running of the Office and adhere to the monthly timetable set by the accountant.

As part of the role you will be responsible for a small holiday letting enterprise within the Estate. This would include organising bookings and attending to the customers requirements, working to promote the holiday lets and marketing through social media, supervising the casual housekeeping staff and planning their workload in line with the bookings. This element of the role requires a level of flexibility.

The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills. Although a formal qualification is not essential a level of numeracy is expected as is an understanding of Microsoft Office applications. It is important that the candidate can manage the responsibilities of the role advertised as there is a level of time management required. The employment package including pension, reflects the diversity of this position. This is a full time position and consideration would be given to flexible working hours.

Salary – dependant on experience.
