Bell Ingram is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to take up an administrative role within our Estate Agency team based in Oban.

The role

  • Dealing with face to face and telephone enquiries
  • Sending out brochures and home reports
  • Organising property viewings
  • Preparing property brochures
  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Comfortable engaging with clients and the general public
  • A positive telephone manner
  • Good IT skills using Office 365 and the ability to quickly learn bespoke Estate Agency software
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be helpful but not essential as training will be given.
