About the department

The Third Party and Supplier Relationship Team within the Adviser Business is responsible for managing all 3rd party providers aligned to the Adviser Vector. Depending on the size and scale of the 3rd party provider we have set criteria to monitor the supplier to ensure they can continue to meet what is required. We will also be engaged for any new 3rd party providers to ensure we establish the relationship and requirements at the outset.

About the role

The Third Part and Supplier Relationship Team within the Adviser business is looking for a Supplier Service Support to join the department to help provide day to day support with administration activities in relation to the supplier. The Adviser business that you will have the opportunity to work within provides support, expertise and technology for financial advisers in the UK to bring value for their businesses and their clients.

The ambition of the Adviser business is to be the easiest partner that advisers will do business with, and our purpose is to help advisory businesses thrive, so they can help their clients prosper.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day support for administration activities in relation to the Supplier.

  • Issue agenda and meeting pack in advance of the governance meetings. Issue minutes to accurately reflect the meeting and actions agreed.

  • Work with the Supplier to ensure the meetings are in place as agreed.

  • Provide support to the Relationship and Risk Manager and Service Manager to ensure that the Supplier governance is up to date all times.

  • Involvement in the budget and invoice process and make invoice payments on time ensuring relevant PO is in place.

  • Ensure regular updating of the Supplier Matrix with visibility at all times of the status of the Supplier.

About the candidate requirements

  • Excellent administrative experience including the use of Excel

  • Organises and prioritise work to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet objectives.

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally

  • Self-sufficient, driven and able to work on own initiative

  • Works effectively and flexibly as part of a team and helps to support in the achievement of common initiatives and goals
