We are looking for Support Workers to join our well-established team in Dornoch supporting a young woman with a variety of support needs and an enthusiasm for an active life.

A variety of support hours available including evenings and sleepovers.
We are looking for Support Workers to join our well-established team in Dornoch supporting a young woman with a variety of support needs and an enthusiasm for an active life.
Jenny lives in her own home and has her own car. Jenny is seeking support with all aspects of her life, including personal care, taking care of her home, meal support, medication, moving and assisting and maintaining full and active community life.
Jenny loves going for a drive in her car, socialising, watching her favourite films, listening to music or enjoying her sensory room. Jenny has a close support team and also a close relationship with her family. Jenny enjoys her home and living in Dornoch near her family, so can you help Jenny achieve her goals and live her best life in her community, surrounded by people who care about her?
A commitment to a person-centred approach is essential and experience of working with people with additional support needs is desirable.
Key provides excellent professional supervision, support, and training, including access to SVQ qualifications and a chance to really make a difference to people’s lives.
