Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real difference? We are seeking a Freelance HR Advisor on a retainer basis.
You will provide HR support and advice, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with various HR projects. Previous HR projects have included updating our staff handbook, advising on staff contracts, supporting the move to a four-day week, and advising other charities on HR best practices.
Retainer: Half a day per month
Rate: £100 per half day, with additional hours paid at the same rate. Higher rates considered for exceptional candidates. Unused hours will not be rolled forward.

Requirements
Proven HR experience, Strong knowledge of UK employment laws, Excellent communication skills, Ability to manage time effectively
