We manufacture and supply timber frame kit homes throughout the UK primarily to the self & custom build market and are seeking an Architectural Technician for our Bower office.
The successful candidate will be able to work well within a team and have excellent communication skills. As part of the role you will be responsible for the production of design, planning and construction drawings as well as liaising with clients and other external professionals at all points during the project.
Key Requirements:
- Sound technical knowledge of building regulations and construction detailing
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (experience with REVIT would be advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
