Due to recent promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and close working team of reporting radiographers based at Raigmore Hospital.
The department operates a shift system which the successful applicants would be required to participate in. Based within the Reporting Radiographer Team at Raigmore, posts will provide much needed additional reporting capacity within Conventional Imaging, hot reporting for ED department. Urgent/Cancer Xray Reporting service.
Main responsibilities of the role are:
1.Conventional image and hot reporting of skeletal axial and appendicular images/visceral images.
2. Support an audit of clinical practice as required by the Section Team Leader.
3. To support the Conventional X-Ray Imaging Department Team Leader in meeting operational targets of the Conventional Imaging Service for the Highland area.
Chest Reporting would be desirable also.
Please note this post is not suitable for a Trainee.
