We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our facilities team. Weekend working essential Previous experience preferred. CLOSING DATE: 30th August 2024...

 

  • Ensure the site is presented and maintained to a high standard.
  • Inspect entire buildings to identify general corrective maintenance as necessary.
  • Complete Health & Safety Site checks.
  • Organise statutory compliance and records-e.g. fire systems servicing, electrical testing.                                     
  • Proactive management of on-site maintenance and contractors, highlighting any issues.
  • Carry out any reasonable task requested of you by a member of the senior management team.
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Excellent English, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent customer care, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience of working in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety requirements.
  • Basic IT skills.
