JOB TITLE: Organisational Innovation & Transformation Manager
LOCATION(S): Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds & Halifax
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
Within the Organisational Innovation & Transformation team, this role contributes to and manages aspects of signature change initiatives contributing to the delivery of overall Group culture programmes. The role will be part of a small team who are responsible for driving strategic changes and embedding Group's values and shifts across the Group through the redesign of our systems.
What you'll be doing
Collecting, cleaning, and analysing data & inputs from across LBG to map our business today and identify and deliver change & transformation priorities.
Using design & systems thinking skillsets to solve complex problems.
Data-led storytelling to inform and guide senior stakeholders through decision-making.

What we need from you
Takes responsibility for managing projects that support broader process re-engineering and change / transformation activity; understanding of the benefits of design & systems thinking, end to end journey mapping and other design techniques. Leverages these capabilities to support the delivery of the Group's Purpose & Strategy.
Spearhead the transformation of our culture through signature process redesign initiatives, utilising Design and Systems Thinking as well as Agile methodologies, resulting in successful adoption of new processes and approaches.
Apply strategic and design thinking methodologies in the work to help internal clients empathise with customers, guiding them through experimentation and validation of innovative new ideas.
Develops and executes effective communication plans for varied audiences, bringing everyone (Leaders, project stakeholders, colleagues) with us on the change & transformation journey.
Works strategically with Business Leaders, the wider Culture & Leadership and People & Places teams to develop tailored interventions which build compelling propositions with a growth orientation.
Manages relationships with internal customers ensuring change & transformation activities are not duplicated within Business Units / Functions.
Uses external research and networks to ensure our solutions are market leading and fit for the future.
Invests in the growth of personal capabilities.
