Contract Administrator- (Job ID: 1666)

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 0830-1630
Reporting to the Lubricants Manager, the purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely recording and distribution of documentation for the Lubricant Department. Duties include:
•Present a positive image of the company through first class service delivery and customer engagement
•Input of customer orders into SAP system
•Provide quotes and respective lead times to customers
•Provide order confirmations as required by the customer
•Resolution of customer queries and issues
•Create SAP and delivery shipments as required
•Input proof of deliveries into SAP
•Effectively file documents as required
•Provide customer documentation as required including COCs, DG notes, COAs and commercial invoices
•Completion of month end spreadsheets and submission of data to Finance Department in a timely manner
•Building effective relationships with staff across all levels of the business
•Undertake general administrative duties as dictated by the business
•Participate in and help develop a positive training culture
Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)
•Customer focussed with a proven track record within an administrative role.
•Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, customers and vendors.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
•Strong planning, organising and numeric skills, and an excellent attention to detail.
•Flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and priorities, liaising with multiple sources to deliver a high-quality product.
•Computer literate with well-developed IT skills across the Microsoft suite and a practical understanding of data entry and reporting applications, specifically in SAP.
•Ability to work stand-alone, demonstrating initiative and ownership, while contributing to the wider team.
Minimum Qualifications
•Education to GCSE level or equivalent
Desirable Qualifications/Competencies
•ECDL
•Experience of SAP
