THE ROLE
You will be responsible for leading the business team, managing high-impact projects, supporting our businesses to reach their full potential and collaborating with partners to drive growth across the region.
This is a full time, permanent role based in Lochgilphead, with the option of hybrid working. Excellent pension and benefits package.
Requirements
THE PERSON
Experienced in leading and motivating a team, you’ll have a solutions-focused proactive approach with outstanding communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. Passionate about the economic development of Argyll and the Islands area, you’ll have experience in project management with strong financial and analytical skills.
