We are currently looking for an additional Team Leader, within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team (CRHTT), Carseview Centre, Dundee.
The current main CRHTT functions include crisis assessment, Community Police Triage (CPT) and NHS 24 calls for Tayside along with emergency assessments, intensive home treatment and early supported discharge for Dundee patients.
The person we are looking for will be highly motivated, with a desire to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment. They will have excellent leadership skills and a passion for the post.
CRHTT is currently part of a redesign programme of works looking at Crisis and Urgent care. A successful candidate will be instrumental in the ongoing development and future of the service. (It should be noted that this may result in a change to the role and remit of this post)
You must be a First Level Registered Nurse and hold a current UK NMC registration relevant to the area of practice.

Hours of work are 37 per week.
NHS Scotland is reducing their full time working week from 37.5 to 37 hours per week from 1 April 2024 but with no change in pay. This reduction will also be applied pro rata for part time staff. This advert and any subsequent offer/contract of employment therefore reflects the new working hours. However, as not all service areas will be able to adopt the 37 hour working week immediately from 1 April 2024, you may be required to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week for a temporary period for which you would be paid until the service you are working in changes rosters or working patterns to accommodate the new reduced working week.
