Customer Assistant - Visual Merchandising - Braehead

Start Date: 08/09/2024

Work Pattern:

Tues 7-11 am

Thurs 7-11 am

Fri 7-11 am

Sat 7-4 pm

Can be flexible in terms of weekdays Monday - Friday

Please Note: If your application is successful, you will be required to attend a mandatory induction of 2 consecutive days at an Induction Hub store. This Induction Hub store may differ from your Base Store, and therefore you may be required to travel. This will be discussed during your interview.Due to the nature of the role, we can’t consider applications from anyone under the age of 18. This is to comply with the relevant health and safety legislation.

Proposed Induction Dates: Sunday 9th September and Monday 10th September 10.00-18.00 at Argyle street store

Key Accountabilities 

· Serve our customers efficiently, both on the shop floor and at service points 

· Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with product

· Monitor and deliver on the daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities 

· Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, make recommendations and deliver remarkable service throughout their visit to store.

· Build expert product knowledge to sell and recommend our products and services 

· We’ll give you the training to utilise all digital tools and communication channels to deliver for the customer every time
