£50,000 - £60,000 starting salary (dependent on experience), company car, phone, laptop, pension, and the chance to shape the future of Farmfoods' shops.
Full-time, field role based anywhere in the UK with extensive travel required.
Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for retail property development? Do you have a proven track record in delivering successful shop fit-outs, refurbishments, and dilapidations programmes? Are you a strategic thinker who can optimise project timelines and budgets? If so, Farmfoods is seeking a proactive and results-driven Property Development Manager to join our team.
As a key member of our property team, you will:
- Lead the charge: Take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
- Minimise timelines: Continuously identify and implement strategies to streamline programmes and reduce project durations.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively: Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring seamless communication across all project stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate is:
- Experienced: You possess a background in retail property project management or a related field.
- Tech-savvy: You're proficient in Microsoft Word, Teams, and Excel.
