JOB TITLE: Integrator

SALARY: £57,546 - £63,940

LOCATION: Edinburgh or Leeds

HOURS:  Full time

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in the Edinburgh or Leeds office.

About this opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for an Integrator to join our Cloud Centre of Excellence. 

The Cloud Enablement team has three main roles;

  • Building and supporting a central deployment pipeline
  • Supporting teams migrating to Cloud
  • Encouraging responsible use of infrastructure by making visible Just in Time access, reducing our carbon footprint and providing learning and development opportunities.

The team work within the IP&I division and support all platforms within this area, working closely with the Group central team to build new products and features for our customers.

The purpose of the Integrator is to coordinate large scale change that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Business Divisions and/or 3rd parties. The Integrator sits at Lab or Platform level and covers both business and technology change.

What you’ll need

  • Demonstrated experience with various cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure)
  • Experience within a technology change environment, working with regulatory, business and software engineering teams
  • Ability to co-ordinate highly complex change across multiple teams and own the dependencies for complex, cross-organisation, changes to deliver great customer outcomes
  • Ability to work with teams using an agile delivery method (e.g. scrum / kanban)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to support your own, and the teams, work
  • Strong governance mentality to ensure that complex change is delivered safely
  • Ability to think ‘big’ but value incremental improvements and trust teams to deliver on their commitments
