Service: Customer Support Services - Customer Engagement
Closing Date: Thursday 26th September 2024
Argyll and Bute Council's Customer Engagement Team are looking to recruit a part-time Customer Service Agent within its Customer Service Point at the Burnett Building in Campbeltown. This is a permanent part time post working 25 hours per week 9am until 3pm Monday to Friday.
About the Job:
To support the Customer Service Centre to provide a high quality, efficient and effective service to users by providing a high quality, customer-focused service within the Customer Service Centre Team, processing enquiries and requests, offering advice and information on Council Services, and carrying out a range of other duties in accordance with Council Policy, service guidelines and procedures.
Assist with providing an effective and efficient registration service, conducting civil marriages, civil partnerships, citizenship ceremonies, baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows and associated duties/paperwork including preparation of registers.
