An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Administration team at Dr Gray’s Hospital
We have a Band 2 Outpatient Receptionist post available as follows:
Adhoc Hours – Mon- Fri 08.30-17.00, evenings and weekends
The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as be a team player, be self-motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. They must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person. They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of a busy clinic reception or booking area.
