An excellent opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the multidisciplinary team within the Stracathro Regional Treatment Centre.


You will play an important part in the patient’s journey, working mainly alongside our Senior Theatre Administrator to provide assistance with data input and other clerical duties but also administratively supporting the clinical teams within other areas of the Angus Admin Team.


The role will include data input to Microsoft Excel/OPERA, and any other clerical duties that may be required i.e. reception cover, notes prepping and answering telephone queries within the department in order to ensure that patients are dealt with efficiently, effectively and appropriately.


This requires the post holder to work alongside a range of colleagues providing cover during periods of leave.  This may require extending shift/working patterns during periods of leave.


Previous administrative experience is essential for this post. In addition, good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team are highly desired qualities for this post.

Hours of work are:  16 Hours per week.  Flexible (Monday-Friday Office Hours)
