We are seeking an individual to join our Angus Occupational Therapy Team.  The post holder will work alongside the Band 7 occupational therapist in a test of change delivering occupational therapy in a primary care setting. This post will involve Occupational Therapy in Academy Medical Centre, Forfar and within people’s own homes.  You will work closely the Occupational Therapy community rehabilitation teams and within the multi-disciplinary team.  You will have the ability to liaise effectively with the multi-disciplinary and multi-agency team within the locality and will be able to work independently. It is essential that you have worked previously as an occupational therapy support worker at Band 3 level and experience working with adults and older people in a clinical or community setting would be advantageous.

Hours of work are:  18.5 Fixed Term/Secondment
