Distant Island Allowance of £2,256 per annum

Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available


We have a new and exciting Board Business Manager opportunity within the Corporate Services team at NHS Shetland. Working closely with our Chief Executive, this role will provide the right candidate with an excellent opportunity to learn about the internal workings of a Health Board, and hone and focus their skills in business administration and project management to support the delivery of the Health Board and the Chief Executive’s priorities.


Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and significant experience within an administrative or business management role. Strong analytical, relationship building and negotiation skills are essential, alongside the passion, energy and ability to influence positive outcomes for all our stakeholders.


This is a full time post of 37 hours per week with a shift pattern of Monday to Friday.
