Distant Island Allowance of £2,380 per annum
Relocation Assistance of up to £8000 available
An excellent opportunity has arisen to appoint a Community Learning Disability Nurse within the Shetland Community Health and Social Care Partnership.
The post holder will work as a member of the Community Learning Disability Team (CLDT). Providing clinical and professional leadership and facilitate high quality person centred specialist care for people with learning disabilities, through their health and care journey.
This will require working across professional and organisational boundaries, in partnership and in collaboration with others including service users, carers, health professionals, social work and social services, third sector organisations, National and local education providers.
