We’re looking for Sales Representative based in the Southeast of England, to work within our Manufacturing team.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Acquisition: Target, develop, and acquire customers within your sales plan.

  • Steam Product Advocacy & Leadership: Act as the primary Steam product champion and ambassador within the team, driving product knowledge, advocacy, and alignment across all functions.

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs.

  • Relationship Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Process Compliance: Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes.

  • Legislation Monitoring: Analyse key account-related legislations and propose developments to meet customer and legislative needs.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience working within the Hire/Rental industry, ideally with Steam products.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial environment.

  • Proactive, hunter-style mentality for new business development.

  • Forward-thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong ability to develop stakeholder relationships and collaborate across teams.
