This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is in the middle or the end of Cardiology Specialist Training, to build and progress their Cardiology training in the NHS. It would be a strong platform to build a portfolio for a CESR application.
We are offering a fixed term post for one year from February 2025 of UK Cardiology Speciality Training, in a friendly department of a busy teaching hospital with most tertiary specialities including Cardiac Surgery.
This post does not have educational approval from the Postgraduate Dean and will not be recognised for training.
This post is not a dedicated training fellowship and specific sub-speciality fields can’t be guaranteed on request, but equivalent training to UK registrars final two years is intended, and some sub-specialist areas will be available.
