We’re currently hiring a Product Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for maximising revenue and capital productivity, ensuring our products meet market demands and drive business growth. Your strategic insights and commercial acumen will help us expand our market share and achieve our ambitious growth plans.

What you’ll do:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive the revenue and capital productivity of your product line, achieving budget targets and growth projections.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities in new and mature markets, implementing best practices to boost market share.

  • Strategic Sales: Engage in significant commercial opportunities, providing expertise and strategic direction to the sales team.

  • Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and demonstrate how our products can drive their business success.

  • Barrier Resolution: Identify and resolve any commercial barriers to product revenue, ensuring smooth market entry and sustained growth.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Commercial Expertise: Proven experience in product management with a strong focus on commercial and revenue aspects.

  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand complex product specifications, with expertise in at least one product line such as Steam Generation, Temperature Control, Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS), Power, or OFA Compressors.

  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape, with the ability to anticipate and influence market needs.

  • Strategic Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and align product strategies with business goals.

  • Effective Communication: Exceptional communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively to commercial stakeholders.
