This role involves working across the Transmission business to provide reporting and analysis of customer data, including incentives and trend analysis. Your insights will help to drive new and deeper customer understandings and identify opportunities to build on the Customer Experience and will be essential in delivering the Customer Strategy to achieve our goal of delivering a network for net zero.
The duties and responsibilities of the Insight & Reporting Analyst will include:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and analysis to develop actionable insights from a variety of data sets, including trend analysis, customer persona development, journey mapping, and competitor analysis.
- Presenting insights through compelling storytelling and effective data visualisation; clearly communicating findings and recommendations that inform business decisions and enhance the customer experience.
- Developing customer survey methods and implementing robust routes for capturing customer insights, reviewing and analysing survey data and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Producing and communicating high-quality, engaging presentations for different audiences to share the voice of the customer with internal stakeholders and inform business strategies and customer initiatives.
- Developing the systems to collect, consolidate and standardise data from a variety of sources ensuring accurate and timely reporting, including creating reports and dashboards.
What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Strong data analytical capabilities, with in-depth experience of translating complex data and feedback into meaningful conclusions with supporting commentary and recommendations.
- Experience of communicating and refining insights and data for a variety of audiences with a proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of conducting research with customers and developing customer personas and journey mapping.
- Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills, experience of data management and visualisation tools including Power BI, and a meticulous eye for detail.
- A curious mind which relishes challenges, exploring new possibilities and analytic approaches, with a passion for delivering data and insights to support a positive customer experience.
