We currently have a vacancy in the rheumatology service within the Medicine and Unscheduled Care Portfolio. This is a busy service with a supportive and close knit team.  

This post will support all areas of the rheumatology service, including the osteoporosis service, working in a wide multi-disciplinary team.  

This post holder will develop the ability to make decisions, which will lead to good administrative practices and the provision of an excellent support mechanism and improvement for both patients and clinical teams.

Applicants should have excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.  Experience dealing with the public and previous administrative skills are essential.  

Training in the specifics of the service will be provided, but some experience of NHS systems is desirable.

This post if part time, 18.5 hours per week and based in Ashgrove House at ARI.
