Must have the ability to carry out all aspects of the role, be able to work closely with others and provide a high level of work in a demanding environment.

Good oral and written communication skills are essential to the role.

This would include effective handling of difficult situations 1-2-1 and in groups, monitoring performance, rota planning, absence management, active participation in organisational meetings and positively engaging with all grades of staff in order to maximise the department’s effectiveness.

This is a hands-on post where cleaning wards would be part of your remit during periods of low staffing. You will also be expected to undertake professional development courses for the role.
